This was intended to be just a quick morning out with friends and family.  We decided the night prior that we were going to take the kids to one of the local pumpkin patches to get them out of the house for the weekend.  Even though it was nice and cool out the sun was high in the sky and to be honest it wasn’t the ideal time to take any photographs.  Despite my better judgment I decided to take my camera along anyways to capture any precious moments we may come across.  In the end I was very glad I did because as you can see from the photographs, it turned out to be a wonderful day and the kids had a blast.
